How to book

Every trip I run is booked, paid and scheduled by Mt. Yonder Fly Fishing, and I am the guide on the water. The one thing to know is that their online checkout has no way to choose a guide. 1. Call Mt. Yonder and ask for Taylor

   Call Mt. Yonder Fly Fishing at 864.816.0506 and ask for Taylor. Say which trip and roughly when. Their checkout cannot pick a guide, so the phone is the sure way.

2. Or book online with a note

   Choose the walk and wade trip at mtyonder.com, pick a half or full day and how many anglers, and put Taylor and the trip name in the order note.

3. I get in touch before the day

   I confirm the plan with you, sort the license, and set the meeting spot and start time once I have read the water.

What happens next

• Half day 4 hours, full day 8 hours, lunch included on full days.
• Meeting spot and start time are set the day before, once I have read the water. I scout before you show up, so we are not guessing with your day.
• You need a fishing license for the state we fish. I confirm which state before the trip and walk you through buying it online in a few minutes.
• If your day is not worth your money, I will tell you before you drive out. Rain does not hit every creek the same way, so a wet forecast usually means a different spot, not a cancelled day. When conditions are genuinely bad, we move the trip.
• Lunch is included with full day trips.
